cheap bedding forgotten space
The new carpets in the corridors clearly had not been hoovered recently. the outside space, complete with tables and parasols, looked forgotten. It was not inviting. the bedding was cheap and not conducive to a restful night. i also noticed discarded food and drink cartons in the reception area..

super clean appearance friendly staff good value
I enjoyed the hotel's super clean appearance. Everything seemed new. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast offered a good choice. I found great value and a great location.
I noticed the climate control wasn't properly set and turned itself off after a while.

Acceptable Stay , Some Issues Observed
broken dispenser fluctuating temperature
The shower gel dispenser in my room was broken , despite me reporting it three times. I also noticed the room lacked storage space , strange for a supposedly four-star place. Coffee and water weren't restocked, and my request to have the room cleaned seemed to go unheard. The hotel wasn't even at full capacity. The temperature in the room kept fluctuating, rather irritating.

Solid stay NEAR the pier
decent location spacious room huge bathroom
this hotel had A decent location. The room was spacious, it included tea, coffee, and biscuits for me. I found the bathroom to be HUGE, it had good accessibility.
The breakfast STAFF was disengaged. The room was cold, and the food also was cold. I found this very disappointing.

lovely seaside stay
modern design really good cleanliness convenient parking
The staff at reception were very helpful, especially with directions. my room had a modern design and was clean. the location was ideal. I easily walked to many attractions. i also found the discounted parking across the street convenient.
The temperature control in my room wasn't adjustable. I had to call the front desk to adjust it, a bit inconvenient

breakfast buffet comfortable bed tv problem unfixed issue
The breakfast buffet had many choices and was restocked often. the beds were very comfortable. I slept well for the 3 nights. the hotel was spotlessly clean. That was important to me.
The tv did not work properly. I reported it twice. it was not fixed. cleaners did not come at all , twice! that was disappointing.

missing remote non-functional chromecast
The room was clean upon arrival. I can't say the same for some other aspects of the hotel though.
The TV remote was missing. After requesting it, the TV's Chromecast still did not function. Hotel staff said the duty manager was busy due to a long list of other rooms. It gave the impression of problems at the hotel.
